Kua Casa Suite

This review is for the King Suite with no balcony. Essentially all the king rooms are the same but with different views. We booked the Deluxe Double based on the information provided on booking.com. The room is listed as being 27 sq metres (an acceptable size), but when we entered the room, we could easily tell that it was less than 20 sqm - my estimate would be 18 sqm (we'd just come from a 25sqm room and it was definitely larger). There was also no window which is not indicated in the listing. We would have been happy if the listing was clear and correct. I would have given 7* for the Deluxe Double. We lodged our disappointment at the mislead in size and got ourselves into the larger King Suite. This room, apart from facing the room of the neighbouring hotel, was really well laid out, very comfortable and spacious. It was the size as indicated in the listing and looked like the photos. The owners had made every effort in providing a first class stay. We did book a further 2 nights via a different booking platform. Location wise, being on the outer edge of the centre (of the beach side of the city), it felt a little far, but after a day, we realised that nothing was too far away .... and they do provide bicycles (we didn't use them though). The beach was just slightly less busy at this end ... My Khe beach closer to the centre was hideously crowded - we didn't like it at all. There are endless numbers of restaurants and local cafes here and everywhere. You won't starve. The roof top pool was great too. Loved the very early morning sunrise views.
